According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Monalisa (002918.SZ) stated that one of its actual controllers, Mr. Zhang Qikang, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.5 million shares, accounting for 0.37% of the company's total share capital, within three months starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure of the reduction announcement (i.e., from October 21, 2025, to January 20, 2026) through centralized bidding or block trading
