# TRANSMIT ENT may delay the publication of its 2024/2025 annual performance and will be suspended from trading starting October 2

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TRANSMIT ENT announced that it may delay the publication of its financial results for the 2024/2025 fiscal year. If the company fails to publish its financial results for the 2024/2025 fiscal year by September 30, 2025, it is expected that the company's shares will be suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange starting from 9:00 AM on October 2, 2025 (Thursday), until the company publishes the financial results announcement for the 2024/2025 fiscal year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TRANSMIT ENT (01326) announced that it may delay the publication of its performance for the 2024/2025 fiscal year. If the company fails to publish its performance for the 2024/2025 fiscal year by September 30, 2025, it is expected that the company's shares will be suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange starting from 9:00 AM on October 2, 2025 (Thursday), until the company publishes the performance announcement for the 2024/2025 fiscal year
