(referred to as &#34;ADNOC Gas&#34;) for the total package project of natural gas pipelines for the Bab and Bu Hasa oil fields of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company in the United Arab Emirates (referred to as &#34;UAE LNG Transportation Pipeline Project&#34;).
