# Hi-Tech shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.53%

According to the announcement from Hi-Tech (301022.SZ), the company's shareholder Suzhou Xinlin Phase III Venture Capital Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Xinlin Phase III") currently holds 1.4681 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.5276% of the company's total share capital. Xinlin Phase III plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.4681 million shares (accounting for 1.5276% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months from the third trading day after the announcement (i.e., from September 25, 2025, to December 24, 2025).

The company's shareholder Ms. Zhao Dongmei currently holds 2.1969 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.2860% of the company's total share capital. Ms. Zhao Dongmei plans to reduce her holdings of the company's shares by no more than 961,000 shares (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months from the third trading day after the announcement (i.e., from September 25, 2025, to December 24, 2025)
