According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sunline (300348.SZ) announced that Mr. Zhao Weihong, a director and financial officer holding 4.2148 million shares of the company (accounting for 0.520% of the total share capital), plans to reduce his holdings by 1.05 million shares (accounting for 0.129% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the 15 trading days following the announcement
