According to reporters at the "Future Information: Silicon-Based Photonics Technology Forum," the Shanghai Silicon-Based Photonics Concept Verification Platform has begun construction. The platform is rooted in the Shanghai Silicon Photonics Future Industry Cluster Area, building a "dual verification" capability for technology validation and market feasibility validation, verifying the technical feasibility and market feasibility of silicon photonics innovative technologies from "basic research" to "application landing," supporting and accelerating the iteration and maturity of innovative technologies, and promoting the industrial transformation of innovative achievements. In terms of collaborative incubation, the platform will collaborate with future industry funds, ZJHTC, and others for industrial incubation, focusing on a project manager system, and partnering with external specialized technology transfer institutions such as Zhongke Chuangxing to facilitate entrepreneurship incubation, technology investment and financing, and market resource integration for channel building, integrating resources to assist project transformation, and exploring the "research-industry-capital" model
