According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XIUQIANG GLASS (300160.SZ) announced that Hong Kong Hengtai Technology Co., Ltd. and its concerted parties Suqian Xinxing Investment Co., Ltd. and Mr. Lu Xiuqiang plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 8.1751 million shares (accounting for 1.06% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement date (from October 21, 2025, to January 20, 2026)
