# GREAT HARVEST: Lin Qun resigns as chairman and executive director but remains as CEO

GREAT HARVEST (03683.HK) announced that Lin Qun has resigned from his positions as executive director and chairman of the company, effective September 19, 2025, but will continue to serve as the company's CEO. The company stated that Lin Qun resigned from the aforementioned positions because he wishes to devote more time and energy to developing the group's business strategy, daily operations management, and administrative affairs.

In addition, Yin Ruihan has been appointed as a non-executive director, chairman, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee, effective the same day. Yin Ruihan is the son of Lin Qun and the company's controlling shareholder Yin Jianbo
