# Tengyuan Cobalt received a commitment from the controlling shareholder and actual controller not to reduce their holdings

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tengyuan Cobalt (301219.SZ) announced that it recently received a commitment letter from its controlling shareholders and actual controllers, Ms. Luo Jie, Mr. Xie Fubiao, and Mr. Wu Yanghong, regarding not reducing their holdings in the company. Ms. Luo Jie, Mr. Xie Fubiao, and Mr. Wu Yanghong committed not to reduce their holdings of "Tengyuan Cobalt" shares in any way within 12 months starting from September 22, 2025, including any new shares generated during the commitment period due to capital reserve transfers, stock dividends, and other matters. If the above commitment is violated, all proceeds from the reduced shares will belong to the company
