# Some directors and senior executives of JiangSu Suyan Jingshen plan to increase their holdings of the company's shares by 1.9 million to 2.66 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SuYan JingShen (603299.SH) announced that the company's chairman Mr. Wu Xufeng, vice chairman Mr. Xiao Lisong, employee director Mr. Wan Zexiang, executive vice general manager Mr. Ding Guangxu, vice general managers Mr. Zhang Xudong, Mr. Zhao Minqian, Mr. Liu Yang, chief accountant Mr. Xu Haijun, assistant general manager Mr. Shang Qingwang, and board secretary Mr. Dai Liang, based on their confidence in the company's future development and recognition of the company's long-term value, plan to use their own funds or self-raised funds to increase their holdings of the company's shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system in a centralized bidding manner within 6 months from the date of the announcement. The total amount intended to be increased is not less than RMB 1.9 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 2.66 million (inclusive)
