# FRKJ: Xing Shu Investment plans to transfer all of its shares in the company to Shu Zhou Xing Ye free of charge

FRKJ announced that Chengdu Xing Shu Investment Development Co., Ltd. intends to transfer all of its 82,096,900 shares of Sichuan FRKJ Technology Co., Ltd. to Chengdu Shuzhou Xingye Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Chongzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Bureau, without compensation. After the completion of this transfer, Xing Shu Investment will no longer hold shares in the company, while Shuzhou Xingye will directly hold 82,096,900 shares of the company, accounting for 8.23% of the company's total share capital. This change in equity is an internal transfer of state-owned assets without compensation and will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller
