ZJHTC released the minutes of the earnings conference, stating that the company and its self-managed funds have not directly invested in or held shares of Yushu Technology and Moer Thread. According to the company's announcement No. 2016-003, the company invested RMB 223.45 million in Shanghai Microelectronics through its subsidiary Shanghai Zhangjiang Haocheng Venture Capital Co., Ltd., holding 10.779% of the equity in Shanghai Microelectronics. Currently, Zhangjiang Haocheng still holds equity in Shanghai Microelectronics. The robot projects directly invested by the company include Taimi Robot, Chapai Intelligent, and others
