# Zhejiang Medicine: State Investment High-Tech plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhejiang Medicine (600216.SH) announced that Guotou High-Tech plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 9.6164 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, based on its own operational development needs
