> HENDERSON LAND today sold 5 properties through bidding, cashing out over HKD 157 million. Among them, the luxury project in Kai Tak Runway Area, Tianlong, sold 3 units, cashing out about HKD 150 million, involving units including Room B on the 23rd floor of Block 1, Room B on the 11th floor of Block 5, and Room A on the 9th floor of Block 5, with transaction prices ranging from HKD 48.68 million to HKD 50.5 million. Two units in the Dajiao Mouth Leo Square, Xian'an were also sold, cashing out HKD 8 million

HENDERSON LAND (00012.HK) sold a total of 5 units today (22nd) through bidding, cashing out over HKD 157 million. Among them, the luxury residential project in Kai Tak Runway Area, Tianlong, sold 3 units, cashing out approximately HKD 150 million. The units involved include Room B on the 23rd floor of Block 1, Room B on the 11th floor of Block 5, and Room A on the 9th floor of Block 5, which are 4-bedroom units with usable areas ranging from 1,258 to 1,382 square feet, with transaction prices between HKD 48.68 million and HKD 50.50 million, and per square foot prices ranging from HKD 36,100 to HKD 38,600.

In addition, two units with open-plan features at Li Ao Fang, Tai Kok Tsui, were also sold, cashing out HKD 8 million
