# GCEG's subsidiary wins the bid for the reconstruction project of the collective property in Chebei Village, East District, Guangzhou Financial City

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Guangdong Construction (002060.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Construction Group, received a "Notice of Winning Bid" from Guangzhou Trading Group Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou Public Resource Trading Center). This "Notice of Winning Bid" confirms Guangdong Construction Group as the winning bidder for the "Financial City East District Chebei Village Collective Property Reconstruction Project Construction General Contracting \[JG2025-3986\]", with the contracted content as specified in the bidding documents, and the winning bid price is 1.924 billion yuan.

According to the bidding announcement, the total construction area of the project is 284,350.10 square meters. The contractor is responsible for the construction work within the planning land red line range, including but not limited to foundation pit support and earthwork, foundation engineering, main structure engineering, secondary structure and masonry engineering, steel structure fabrication and installation engineering, indoor and outdoor decoration engineering, and landscape engineering
