# Tus-Design plans to transfer its equity in Beijing Bilud and Shenzhen Bilud to focus on its core business

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tus-Design (300500.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 51% of its equity in its holding subsidiary Beijing Bidu Architecture Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Bidu") to its holding subsidiary Shenzhen Bidu Architecture Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Bidu") for RMB 5.0911 million; and to transfer 51% of its equity in Shenzhen Bidu to Shenzhen Taihe Diexu Space Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Taihe Diexu") for RMB 6.2548 million. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Beijing Bidu and Shenzhen Bidu, and these two companies will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. It is reported that this equity transfer can optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, focus on core business development, and enhance the company's profitability
