# Lepu Medical signs a strategic cooperation agreement with HanHai Information

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Lepu Medical (300003.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Hanhai Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hanhai Information"). After authorization from the company, Hanhai Information will have the power to promote and operate the brands under the company's medical beauty sector. Hanhai Information is the authorized distributor of the company's Yueyayan and Flora products in mainland China, and will provide operational solutions that include both online and offline resources. The two parties will conduct in-depth collaboration on the full-chain marketing of Yueyayan and Flora products, including the formulation of marketing strategies and policies, execution of product sales and market activities, after-sales operations, etc., to jointly maintain brand interests.

The partner Hanhai Information is the core entity of Meituan in Shanghai, and is the legal operator of Meituan.com and Dianping.com, possessing complete platform self-management rights
