# Bio-S's subsidiary Hangzhou Mipeng plans to invest 15 million yuan in a partnership enterprise to layout strategic emerging industries such as biomedicine and hard technology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bio-S (301096.SZ) announced that the company plans to participate in the subscription of shares in West Lake Innovation (Hangzhou) Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) through its controlled entity, Hangzhou Mipeng Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hangzhou Mipeng"). Hangzhou Mipeng signed the "Partnership Agreement" on September 19, 2025. As a limited partner, Hangzhou Mipeng intends to subscribe for the corresponding capital contribution of 15 million yuan using its own funds. The investment objective of the partnership is to primarily engage in venture capital activities targeting enterprises in strategic emerging industries such as biomedicine and hard technology, focusing on investment opportunities in early-stage, small and medium-sized, and growth-stage enterprises
