Queclink announced that its shareholder, Xinwei Consulting Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holdings by 3.3269 million shares through centralized bidding from September 11, 2025, to September 19, 2025, accounting for 0.7234% of the company's total share capital and 0.7277% of the company's total share capital after excluding repurchased shares as of August 31, 2025; from November 8, 2024, to September 19, 2025, its shareholding ratio decreased from 7.5692% to 6.8402%, with equity changes reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This reduction is within the disclosed plan and will not affect the company's control
