Xiamen Port Authority announced that the company intends to purchase 70% equity of Xiamen Container Terminal Group Co., Ltd. held by Xiamen International Port Authority through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to issue shares to no more than 35 qualified specific objects to raise matching funds. The company recently received a notification from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise matching funds by Xiamen Port Development Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise matching funds, believes that the application documents are complete, and has decided to accept them. This transaction is subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and must obtain the approval decision from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
