# SPC has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission to issue no more than 2 billion yuan in corporate bonds for technological innovation

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SPC (002573.SZ) announced that on September 19, 2025, it received the "Approval on Beijing SPC Technology Co., Ltd.'s Public Issuance of Corporate Bonds for Technological Innovation to Professional Investors" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, agreeing to the company's application to publicly issue corporate bonds for technological innovation with a total face value not exceeding 2 billion yuan to professional investors
