# SHIHUA Technology: Results of the issuance of shares to specific targets and changes in share capital

SHIHUA announced that the company issued 17.7515 million shares to specific objects at an issue price of RMB 33.8 per share, raising a total of RMB 600 million, with a net fundraising amount of RMB 591 million. The newly issued shares are restricted circulation shares, accounting for 6.33% of the total share capital of 280 million shares after the completion of this issuance. This issuance will not lead to a change in the control of the listed company, and after the completion of this issuance, the equity distribution of the listed company complies with the listing conditions stipulated in the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board Stock Listing Rules."
