# KORRUN plans to acquire 20% of Shanghai Jiale's shares for 280 million yuan to improve management efficiency

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KORRUN (300577.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Chuzhou Mirun Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chuzhou Mirun") plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds of 280 million yuan to acquire 20% of the shares of Shanghai Jiale Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Jiale") held by Huai'an Jiu'an Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Jiu'an Investment").

Upon completion of this equity acquisition, it will further enhance the control and management efficiency of the subsidiary, help strengthen the overall strategic synergy and resource integration of the company, improve operational and decision-making management efficiency, reduce management costs, and achieve the optimal allocation of the company's overall resources
