StarNeto announced that its shareholder and director Chi Jia Sheng, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has implemented a reduction in holdings from August 1 to September 22, 2025, reducing 4.1011 million shares through block trading at an average price of 19.89 yuan/share; and reducing 2.0659 million shares through centralized bidding at an average price of 22.46 yuan/share; totaling a reduction of 6.167 million shares, accounting for 2.99% of the company's total share capital after excluding the repurchase special account.
