# UP OPTOTECH: The controlling shareholder's reduction plan has been completed

UP OPTOTECH announced that its controlling shareholder, the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has completed its reduction plan, selling 2.4 million shares through centralized bidding transactions from August 27 to September 18, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital
