# ZGCMC shareholder Bohong Silk has completed its reduction plan, with its shareholding ratio decreased to 5.5674%

On July 23, 2025, ZGCMC disclosed a share reduction plan by its shareholder, Zigong Bohong Silk Co., Ltd., intending to reduce a total of no more than 7.0474 million shares from August 13 to November 12, accounting for no more than 2.9999% of the total share capital. Recently, the company announced that as of September 19, the reduction plan had been completed, with Bohong Silk reducing a total of 7.04738 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.9999%. After the reduction, Bohong Silk's shareholding decreased to 13.07902 million shares, accounting for 5.5674%. The block trading reduction on September 19 caused its shareholding ratio to drop from 6.5670% to 5.5674%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This reduction is compliant, did not exceed the plan, and does not affect the company's control and ongoing operations
