NHD announced that the "Navigator Plan" employee stock ownership plan has cumulatively reduced its holdings of the company's stock by 2.0284 million shares through centralized bidding from November 16, 2023, to September 19, 2025, accounting for 0.28% of the company's latest total share capital; as of the date of this announcement, all shares held in the company have been fully reduced, and subsequent asset liquidation and distribution work will be carried out in accordance with regulations
