# SINOSTONE: Yu Minghua reduced his holdings by 2.95%, and the reduction plan has been completed

SINOSTONE announced that Hainan Yuminghua and his concerted actor Xiong Hongwen reduced their holdings by a total of 5.4265 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding from August 25 to September 19, 2025, accounting for 2.95% of the total share capital after excluding the repurchase special account. Among them, Hainan Yuminghua reduced his holdings by 3.6065 million shares at an average price of 47.93 yuan/share, accounting for 1.96%; Xiong Hongwen reduced his holdings by 1.82 million shares at an average price of 61.85 yuan/share, accounting for 0.99%. After the reduction, Hainan Yuminghua holds 4.1636 million shares, accounting for 2.26%, and Xiong Hongwen no longer holds any shares
