# GAMEONE plans to issue up to 19 million rights shares at a premium of approximately 1.69% based on a "2 for 1" basis

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GAMEONE (08282) announced that the company proposes to issue up to 19 million rights shares on a "2 for 1" basis, with each rights share priced at HKD 0.60, representing a premium of approximately 1.69% over the closing price of HKD 0.59 per share reported on the last trading day on the Stock Exchange. The total amount to be raised is approximately HKD 11.4 million, with a net amount of about HKD 10.4 million. Approximately 80.0% will be used within twelve months after the completion of the rights issue to support the software development of existing business artificial intelligence enhancements, covering personnel expenses, infrastructure, third-party tools, and other miscellaneous expenses, aimed at improving workflow efficiency and software reliability; and about 20.0% will be used as general working capital for the group within twelve months after the completion of the rights issue
