# POLYFAIR HLDGS further delays the publication of its 2025 annual results

According to the announcement from Baofa Holdings (08532), as of the date of this announcement, the company has provided its auditor with most of the significant unresolved matters and information mentioned in the announcement (related to (i) the delay in publishing the 2025 annual results and annual report, (ii) the date of the board meeting, and (iii) the suspension of trading).
