# MicuRx plans to raise no more than 1.033 billion yuan through a private placement to HaiJing Pharmaceutical for research and operational investment

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MicuRx (688373.SH) disclosed a plan for issuing shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The company intends to issue 164 million shares to Nanjing Haijing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haijing Pharmaceutical") at an issuance price of 6.30 yuan per share. The subscription amount from Haijing Pharmaceutical will not exceed 1.033 billion yuan (including the principal). The raised funds will be used entirely for the company's daily research and development and operational investments. After the issuance, Haijing Pharmaceutical will become the controlling shareholder of the company, and the natural person Zhang Xiantao will become the actual controller of the company
