# ROAD KING INFRA: Yan Zhongyu appointed as non-executive director

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ROAD KING INFRA announced that (a) due to the personal work arrangements of Ms. Cai Xun and Mr. Yuan Yang, they have submitted their resignations as non-executive directors of the company; and (b) Mr. Yan Zhongyu and Ms. Deng Hongyu have been appointed as non-executive directors of the company, effective from September 23, 2025

According to the announcement from ROAD KING INFRA (01098), (a) due to the personal work arrangements of Ms. Tsai and Mr. Yuan Yang, they have submitted their resignations as non-executive directors of the company; and (b) Mr. Yan Zhongyu and Ms. Deng Hongyu have been appointed as non-executive directors of the company, effective from September 23, 2025
