# C C LAND: The $300 million notes maturing in 2025 have matured and been redeemed

According to the announcement from C C LAND (01224), it is related to the issuance of USD 300,000,000 5.20% guaranteed notes due in 2025 by Perfect Point Ventures Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and guaranteed by the company.

The notes will be fully redeemed at their principal amount upon maturity on September 20, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the notes. The notes will also be delisted from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited after the trading session on September 22, 2025
