# C C Land Redeems $300 Million in Issued Debt

(MT Newswires) -- C C Land (HKG:1224) said it redeemed in full its previously issued 5.20% guaranteed notes, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.

The company had issued $300 million worth of notes via its Perfect Point Ventures unit in 2021.

The notes were redeemed in full upon their maturity on Sept. 20, the property developer said.
