Some users reported that after successfully obtaining the iPhone 17 Pro from official channels and transferring their data, the screen turned "purple." Other users stated that the screen was normal when they first powered it on, but after downloading a few commonly used apps, half of the screen turned green. Instead of sending it back for inspection, these users chose to return the device directly. In response, Apple customer service acknowledged receiving feedback from other users regarding screen issues, stating that if there are abnormal screen brightness issues, Apple will first conduct hardware diagnostics on the phone. Apple's screens and other hardware undergo strict quality inspections during manufacturing, and after ruling out rare hardware issues, they will conduct software system checks. Sometimes, the system's color functions may malfunction, which can be fixed through system updates ### Related Stocks - [Apple Inc.
