# ALLFAVOR participated in the investment fund to complete the second phase with a contribution of 45 million yuan

In 2024, Jiangsu Benchuan Intelligent Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. signed a partnership agreement with professional investment institutions to jointly establish the Shenzhen Baoteng Fushun Venture Capital Fund Partnership. All partners have committed to contribute a total of 150 million yuan, with Benchuan Intelligent contributing 30 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 20%. As of the announcement date on September 23, 2025, Baoteng Fushun has completed the second phase of funding, raising 45 million yuan. Among them, Benchuan Intelligent has contributed 9 million yuan in the second phase. The company stated that it will understand the fund's operations, supervise risk prevention, maintain fund security, and disclose subsequent progress in a timely manner as required, reminding investors to pay attention to risks
