# TOND and its subsidiaries are involved in a financing lease contract dispute of 75 million, with the case pending trial

Recently, Shanxi TOND Chemical Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries TOND Technology Innovation and TOND Blasting received a subpoena from the People's Court of Pudong New District, Shanghai. The case of Changjiang United Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. suing them for a financing lease contract dispute will be heard on November 10. The plaintiff estimates the amount involved to be a total of 75,086,103.28 yuan, and the litigation requests include requiring TOND Technology Innovation to pay rent, overdue interest, liquidated damages, attorney fees, etc., while TOND Chemical and TOND Blasting bear joint and several liability. This lawsuit stems from a financing lease back business initiated in July 2024, where Defendant One failed to pay rent as agreed, constituting a breach of contract. As the case has not yet been heard, the final outcome and its impact on the company's profits remain uncertain. The company will actively respond to the lawsuit and disclose progress in a timely manner
