# JMPT abandons the 51% equity preemptive right of BAIC Moulding

On September 22, 2025, the 12th Board of Directors of Jiangnan Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. approved the proposal to waive the right of first refusal for the 51% equity stake in the affiliated company BAIC Mould & Plastic. Beijing Haina Chuan intends to transfer its entire 51% equity stake in BAIC Mould & Plastic to its controlling subsidiary Bohai Automobile. Mould & Plastic Technology holds a 49% equity stake in BAIC Mould & Plastic, and the shareholding ratio will remain unchanged after waiving the right of first refusal, which will not alter the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring and will not have a significant impact on the company's ongoing operations, profit and loss, or asset status. Both parties will take the opportunity of the extended operating period to strengthen cooperation
