# TianYu Bio-Technology repaid 2 million idle raised funds in advance and will fully repay the remaining amount before maturity

On August 12, 2025, TianYu Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. held the 42nd meeting of the fourth board of directors, reviewing and approving the proposal to continue using no more than 61.5 million yuan of idle raised funds to temporarily supplement working capital, with a usage period not exceeding twelve months. According to the progress of the investment projects funded by the raised funds and the funding needs, the company repaid 2 million yuan to the special account for raised funds in advance on September 23 and informed the sponsoring institution and the sponsoring representative. As of the announcement date on September 24, the company had cumulatively repaid 2 million yuan, and the remaining raised funds used for temporarily supplementing working capital will be fully repaid before the due date, and the company will timely fulfill its information disclosure obligations
