# ST Infinova provides a guarantee for a loan of 16.67 million yuan for its subsidiary

Shenzhen Infinova Technology Co., Ltd. announced that on September 23, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Infinova Renyong applied to the Shenzhen branch of Hua Xia Bank for a working capital loan of 16.67 million yuan, with a term of 3 years, for the purpose of refinancing existing debt, and pledged part of its accounts receivable. On the same day, Infinova signed a guarantee contract with the bank to provide joint liability guarantee for this loan. This guarantee falls within the scope of matters that have been reviewed and approved. After the guarantee, the company and/or its subsidiaries have a guarantee balance of 136.3985 million yuan for Infinova Renyong, with an available quota of 14.8015 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the total amount of guarantees by the company and its controlling subsidiaries does not exceed 560 million yuan, with a guarantee balance of 318.8785 million yuan, accounting for 181.79% of the audited net assets at the end of 2024, with no overdue or other adverse situations
