# JINHUI INC. part of the board of directors and senior management has increased their holdings: nearly 6 million has been spent

JINHUI INC. announced the progress of voluntary shareholding increases by some directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel. On April 29, 2025, the company disclosed the shareholding increase plan, intending to increase its holdings by no less than 6 million yuan and no more than 7.7 million yuan within 6 months using its own funds through centralized bidding. As of September 23, the increasing entity has cumulatively increased its holdings by 483,200 shares, accounting for 0.0494% of the total share capital, with a total increase amount of 5,966,920.93 yuan. More than half of the planned time has passed, but the implementation is not yet complete, and the company will continue to increase its holdings. However, the increase plan may not be implemented due to market or policy factors, and the company will promptly disclose risk situations
