# Huanlan Co., Ltd. provides a joint liability guarantee of 10 million yuan for its subsidiary

On August 1, 2025, the 20th meeting of the sixth board of directors of Qingdao Huanlan Co., Ltd. approved a guarantee proposal of no more than 20 million yuan for its holding subsidiary DuKe New Materials. On September 22, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Agricultural Bank of China Qingdao Laoshan Branch, providing a joint liability guarantee of up to 10 million yuan for DuKe New Materials, with the guarantee period for the creditor's rights set from September 22, 2025, to September 21, 2026. As of the announcement date, the company and its holding subsidiaries have external guarantee limits not exceeding 701.5 million yuan, with a total guarantee balance of 192.47 million yuan, accounting for 2.37% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue or other adverse guarantee situations
