# Swancor Advanced Materials: The controlling shareholder has changed to Zhiyuan Hengyue, and Deng Taihua has become the actual controller of the company

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Swancor Advanced Materials (688585.SH) announced that on September 23, 2025, it received notification from shareholders SWANCOR IND.CO.,LTD. (Samoa) (referred to as "SWANCOR Samoa"), Strategic Capital Holding Limited (Samoa) (referred to as "STRATEGIC Samoa"), and Goldwind Investment Holdings Limited (referred to as "Goldwind Investment") that the transfer of company shares through agreement has completed the registration procedures.

After the completion of this share transfer and the waiver of voting rights, Zhiyuan Hengyue and Zhiyuan Xinchuang Partnership collectively own 29.99% of the shares and the corresponding voting rights of the listed company. The company's controlling shareholder has changed from SWANCOR Samoa to Zhiyuan Hengyue, and Mr. Deng Taihua has become the actual controller of the listed company
