On September 22, 2025, Xi Huiming, the controlling shareholder of Dongzhu Ecological Environment Protection Co., Ltd., completed the release of the pledge on 20 million shares pledged to Xiamen Wanfu Huidian Pawn Co., Ltd., accounting for 13.17% of his holdings and 4.48% of the company's total share capital. After this release, Xi Huiming has cumulatively pledged 68.17 million shares of the company, accounting for 44.89% of his holdings and 15.28% of the total share capital. Xi Huiming and his concerted actors collectively hold 205,740,052 shares of the company, accounting for 46.12% of the total share capital, with a cumulative pledged share of 80.17 million shares, accounting for 38.97% of their total holdings and 17.97% of the company's total share capital. Xi Huiming may have further share pledge plans, and the company will disclose information in accordance with regulations
