# Ningxia Western Venture adjusts the fixed asset investment plan for 2025

On September 23, 2025, the 19th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors of Ningxia Western Venture Industrial Co., Ltd. was held via communication voting. The meeting notice was issued on September 10, with all 10 directors present, and supervisors and senior executives attending as observers. The convening and holding of the meeting were compliant. The meeting reviewed and approved the proposal to adjust the fixed asset investment plan for 2025, agreeing to adjust the fixed asset investment plan in the "2025 Investment Plan," adding 11 new projects, adjusting 23 projects, and canceling 6 projects, reducing the investment for the year by 31.158 million yuan. After the adjustment, there are 61 fixed asset investment projects for 2025, with a planned investment of 91.25 million yuan for the year, and the voting result was unanimous approval.
