# ZHEJIANG YANKON partially redeemed its private equity fund, still holding over 70 million fund shares

ZHEJIANG YANKON Electric Group Co., Ltd. announced the progress of its private placement securities investment fund shares. In October 2021, the company subscribed to the Huansheng 500 Index Enhanced Enjoyment No. 18 private securities investment fund with an investment of 300 million yuan. As of October 8, 2024, the company has redeemed part of its shares. On September 17, 2025, the company applied to redeem 59,920,000 shares again, with a redemption amount of 98,065,000.58 yuan, and the cumulative investment income from this redemption is 32,622,415.64 yuan. As of September 23, the company still holds 71,890,509.28 shares of the fund. This redemption does not affect the company's operations, and the company will continue to monitor the market, manage risks, and remind investors to invest rationally
