# TWH subsidiary guarantee progress: HaiSi Satellite guarantees WanJia Intelligent 10 million

Fuzhou TWH Technology Co., Ltd. announced the progress of guarantees for the company and its subsidiaries. Previously, the company had approved a proposal for its holding subsidiary, Hai Si Satellite, to provide a guarantee of 100 million yuan to WanJia Intelligent. Recently, Hai Si Satellite signed a related contract with Fujian Strait Bank Fuzhou Gulou Branch for a credit line of 10 million yuan to WanJia Intelligent. After this guarantee, the total guarantee balance for WanJia Intelligent reaches 20 million yuan, with a remaining available limit of 80 million yuan. WanJia Intelligent has a debt-to-asset ratio of 33.71% and is not a dishonest judgment debtor. After this guarantee, the guarantee amount for the company and its holding subsidiaries accounts for 430.27% of the audited net assets attributable to the parent company at the end of 2024, and the total external guarantee balance accounts for 121.35%, with no overdue or other adverse guarantee situations
