# AM GROUP: Delayed publication of 2025 full-year results

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AM GROUP (01849) announced that the full-year results for 2025 will be delayed due to the auditor's limited ability to obtain accounts and records from all subsidiaries of the company in the People's Republic of China. The company is still in the process of collecting and organizing the necessary information and documents requested by the auditor from its subsidiaries to complete the audit process for the full-year results of 2024. As the full-year results for 2024 are still pending publication, the full-year results for 2025 will be delayed.

In addition, trading will remain suspended
