# FULU HOLDINGS: Appointed Guowei as the new auditor

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FULU HOLDINGS (02101) announced that Ernst & Young (EY) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective September 23, 2025.

Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Guowei Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Guowei) as the new auditor of the company, effective September 23, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Ernst & Young and will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
