# TUS-PHARMA: Elect Jiang Lin as Chairman

TUS-PHARMA announced that the company will hold the seventh meeting of the tenth board of directors on September 23, 2025, electing Mr. Jiang Lin as the chairman of the tenth board of directors, with a term from the date of the board's approval until the expiration of the tenth board's term. At the same time, Mr. Jiang Lin is appointed as the company's president, and Mr. Qiao Xuefeng is appointed as the company's vice president. Mr. Jiang Lin does not directly hold shares in the company but holds shares indirectly through the shareholder Hunan Sailoxian, being the actual controller of Hunan Sailoxian. Mr. Qiao Xuefeng holds 7,200 shares of the company
